Must have at least 10 years of experience in loan programs including 1 year as Zonal Manager/Assets (minimum 15 branches handling experience).Must know computer office programs, e-mail, browsing. Must have acceptance at last institution of tenure. Must have skill in managing subordinate officers/staff. Must be trustworthy and loyal to the organization.
Responsibilities & Context
Jagarani Chakra Foundation, a national level non-governmental development organization MRA Registration # 00322-01714-00008, is implementing microfinance programs in 50 districts of Bangladesh. Applications are being invited from suitable Bangladeshi candidates for the recruitment of manpower for the purpose of managing the loan program under the said programme.
§ To plan, direct, control and coordinate the proper implementation of all the work of the program as recommended by the central office. -Providing support and advice and leadership in achieving target levels of annual and annual planning and loan disbursement, collection, service charge collection. § Routine checking of branches’ bills/vouchers, loan disbursement documents, members’ savings and loan pass books.§ To provide appropriate planning and direction for fund management, staff management and recovery of defaulted loans. § Regularly inspecting the activities of area/branch/debtor members. § Preparing and sending reports as per the requirement of loan program. § Taking necessary measures subject to the approval of the authorities, including training for staff skill development. § Maintaining computerized accounts, storing information and keeping it ready for future use.§ Communicating and establishing relationships with local government and private institutions/organizations.§ Carrying out overall responsibility for all work under the area of responsibility.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Monthly salary is Rs 70,050 in total plus other benefits as per organization rules. Apprenticeship period is 6 months. Job regularization will be done on completion of satisfactory apprenticeship. Subsequent increments will be considered on the basis of annual satisfactory performance appraisal from the date of joining.
